AIM: to study the cytokine link of immunity in patients with new coronavirus infection COVID-19 and possibility using these data predict risk lung tissue damage.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: Patients diagnosed were divided into 4 groups depending on severity disease: 1 asymptomatic patients; 2 damage amount 25%; 3 50%; 75% (according results computed tomography). Immunological studies performed upon admission clinic, then after 7 days before discharge. The concentration cytokines blood serum was studied by method solid-phase enzyme immunoassay kits manufactured Vector Best.
 RESULTS: In all groups, a low content proinflammatory found: tumor necrosis factor interferon-, interleukin-1, interleukin-2. median level interleukin-6 during entire follow-up period within normal range, however, some there multiple excess its concentration. 50% damage, an increase interleukin-8 shown. Statistically significant differences noted only for between group form CT-2 CT-3 groups. Negative established interleukin-1.
 CONCLUSION: There activation adaptive antiviral examined contingent. Serum values had intergroup differences. An IL-8 clinically pronounced signs indicates indicators characterizing innate immunity.
